Payment Methods We Accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available nationwide
Bank Transfers – You can transfer the total amount directly to our account (details shared at checkout)
EasyPaisa/JazzCash – Send payments using mobile wallet apps for quick checkout

For prepaid orders (bank transfer or mobile wallets), we confirm your payment before dispatching your order. Please send a screenshot or receipt of the payment so we can process your order without delay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most items but may not apply to customised jewellery or orders above a certain value. In such cases, partial advance may be required. We’ll inform you at the time of order confirmation if any advance is needed.

All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We don’t charge extra fees, but your bank or payment provider might especially if you're using an international card or wallet.

We do not store any sensitive payment data on our website. Your payment details are processed through secure channels to ensure complete privacy.

Shipping Policy

At Patouli Jewellery, we deliver your order straight to your doorstep safely and quickly. We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Timelines

Karachi: 2–3 working days
Other Cities: 3–5 working days
Made-to-order/Customised items: 7–10 working days

We do our best to dispatch your parcel within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless it’s a pre-order or custom item. Delays may happen during public holidays or sales, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Charges

Orders above PKR 3,000: Free Shipping
Orders below PKR 3,000: Flat rate of PKR 200

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. If there's any issue with your delivery – delays, wrong address, or a missed courier attempt, our customer care team is just a message away.

Please make sure the delivery address you provide is accurate and accessible. We won’t be responsible for parcels lost due to incomplete or incorrect details.

Exchange & Return Policy

We know online shopping can sometimes be tricky especially when it comes to jewellery. That’s why we’ve designed our Exchange Policy to be simple and fair.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 1 working days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Our team will inspect the product before approving the exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Items bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged.

Customised jewellery, such as name pendants or engraved items, are made just for you and hence cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect.
