Payments Policy

Shopping at Patouli Jewellery is not just easy, it’s also secure. We offer multiple payment options so you can choose what works best for you.

Payment Methods We Accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available nationwide
• Bank Transfers – You can transfer the total amount directly to our account (details shared at checkout)
• EasyPaisa/JazzCash – Send payments using mobile wallet apps for quick checkout

For prepaid orders (bank transfer or mobile wallets), we confirm your payment before dispatching your order. Please send a screenshot or receipt of the payment so we can process your order without delay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most items but may not apply to customised jewellery or orders above a certain value. In such cases, partial advance may be required. We’ll inform you at the time of order confirmation if any advance is needed.

All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We don’t charge extra fees, but your bank or payment provider might especially if you're using an international card or wallet.

We do not store any sensitive payment data on our website. Your payment details are processed through secure channels to ensure complete privacy.
