Exchange & Return Policy

We know online shopping can sometimes be tricky especially when it comes to jewellery. That’s why we’ve designed our Exchange Policy to be simple and fair.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 1 working days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Our team will inspect the product before approving the exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Items bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged.

Customised jewellery, such as name pendants or engraved items, are made just for you and hence cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect.
